Arc of Justice foundation channeled $3.2 million to CodePink over 15 years, Fox News investigation finds

A Fox News Digital investigation into the complete IRS filing history of Arc of Justice, a $54.6 million private foundation formerly known as The Benjamin Fund and linked to CodePink co-founder Medea Benjamin, found the organization directed nearly $3.2 million to CodePink across 15 tax years and distributed roughly $24.6 million across close to 1,500 grants since its early days.

California has revoked the foundation's charitable registration following years of financial compliance failures, and Benjamin has since stepped down from the board, with new leadership working to redirect its giving priorities.

The grant ledger The foundation began funding CodePink in 2009, making it the foundation's largest activist beneficiary at $3,195,280 in total.

That figure is more than twice the approximately $1.33 million CodePink received from the funding network linked to Shanghai-based tech investor Neville Roy Singham, whose network Fox News Digital previously found directed at least $278 million into organizations promoting pro-China messaging.
