Six patents from the Air Force Research Laboratory, covering satellite power sharing, satellite communications precoding, and laser-generation technologies, are now under exclusive license to DarkPulse, Inc.
(DPLS), per an 8-K filed September 1, 2026. The agreement runs with the Department of the Air Force and does not transfer ownership of the patents.
The next milestone the filing names is a product rollout required within 30 months of execution. The economics The initial license fee is $15,000, due within 30 days of the effective date.
From there, DarkPulse owes the Air Force a 5% running royalty on gross revenues from non-government sales.
