A federal lawsuit filed Wednesday in New York puts Trump Media and Technology Group's Truth API in focus for market participants tracking the company.
The Freedom of the Press Foundation and The Intercept brought the case, targeting a subscription service launched August 1 that charges Wall Street firms between $60,000 and $100,000 a month for early access to market-moving posts on Truth Social, including from President Trump's account with 13 million followers.
