A roughly $275 million AUM advisory practice serving greater Philadelphia is set to join Hightower Signature Wealth, the fully integrated national wealth platform of privately held Hightower Advisors, as the firm closes its second outside acquisition of the year.
Valley Financial Group, operating out of Ambler, Pennsylvania, will move its advisers and client relationships into the Hightower Signature Wealth structure when the transaction closes later this summer.
No financial terms were disclosed. $40 billion: the combined platform figure Valley's roughly $275 million in assets pushes Hightower Signature Wealth's reported total to approximately $40 billion.
The combined operation will span more than 160 advisers across more than 35 US locations.
