Highway Holdings posts 29% revenue gain and return to operating profit to open fiscal 2027

The fiscal first quarter of 2027 delivered a return to operating profitability at Highway Holdings, alongside gross profit growth of 58% year-over-year.

Revenue rose 29% from the year-ago period, gross margin expanded approximately 800 basis points to 42%, and net income attributable to shareholders came in at $109,000, with diluted EPS doubling to $0.02.
