A pair of acquisitions in North America and Asia extend Lumson Group's primary packaging footprint across three continents, as the company purchases Lombardi Design and Manufacturing in the United States and takes full ownership of Lombardi Design & MFG in Asia.
Financial terms for both transactions were not disclosed.
The deals form part of Lumson's wider international expansion plan, with the group stating the moves are designed to add industrial and technological capacity while extending its reach in the beauty and personal care packaging sector.
Capacity and footprint Lumson said the addition of the US business, together with its direct position in Asia, increases the scale of its international operations in primary packaging for beauty and personal care clients.
