Luxshare falls more than 5% in Hong Kong debut after HK$24.27 billion offering

Luxshare, the Shenzhen-listed AirPods maker, slid more than 5% in its Hong Kong debut after pricing the offering at HK$63.28 a share to raise HK$24.27 billion ($3.09 billion).

The break below the issue price on day one is the number that frames the setup heading into the close. Below the print HK$63.28 is where Luxshare brought the deal.

Buyers who participated at that level are underwater on day one, and the size of the raise, $3.09 billion, means there is meaningful supply sitting at or near the issue price.

First-day distribution concentrates around that number as allocatees make hold-or-exit decisions before the session ends. The dual-listing context Luxshare already trades in Shenzhen.
