TMC is the sole shareholder of USCF Investments, Inc., which serves as the holding company and sole member of United States Commodity Funds LLC (USCF).
USCF is the general partner of United States Brent Oil Fund, LP (NYSE Arca: BNO). The transaction was publicly announced on September 25, 2026.
MDP is identified in the filing as a leading private equity firm based in Chicago. Upon completion of the deal, TMC's common stock will no longer be listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
