MD names David Haddock general counsel as Mary Ann Moore's Pediatrix exit takes formal shape

Pediatrix Medical Group (NYSE: MD) has a new name in the general counsel chair.

David Haddock joins as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at the Sunrise, Florida-based company, as Mary Ann Moore's departure, first flagged on May 1, 2026, moves from a calendar placeholder to a binding agreement.

The separation agreement signed July 21 sets October 31 as Moore's last day with the organization. The separation agreement Moore's exit was already on the books.

The May 1 disclosure said she would leave her combined role, which carried the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary titles, before the end of 2026.
