Neptune Insurance Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: NP) added David Noble to its Board of Directors as an independent member, with the appointment taking effect on September 30, 2026.
The move brings a veteran advisor with deep roots in financial services and digital banking to the board of the parent company of Neptune Flood Incorporated.
Noble founded VIEW Advisors, which advises CEOs, leadership teams, boards, and investors on strategy and leadership.
He also serves as a senior advisor to Egon Zehnder and the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.
