The company said it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Tachyon9 Corporation, a privately held energy and infrastructure company, to pursue a strategic transaction that would create a publicly traded platform built around artificial intelligence infrastructure, power generation, and high-performance computing.
AI computing demand keeps climbing, and reliable, scalable power is central to meeting it. The company said the project addresses the challenge of securing reliable and scalable energy for next-generation data centers.
