Pomerantz LLP, the New York-based plaintiffs' law firm, announced July 2, 2026 that it has filed a class action lawsuit against Insulet Corporation (NASDAQ: PODD) and certain of the company's officers.
The complaint was filed in the United States District Court, according to the firm's announcement.
