(Nasdaq: RKTO) has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Tracer Drone Technologies, LLC, adding an operating drone sales and training platform to its defense and AI portfolio.
The transaction, executed on September 18, 2026, will make Tracer a wholly owned subsidiary once customary closing conditions are met.
The next milestone is the satisfaction or waiver of those conditions to finalize the purchase.
