Russell Glen Company has commenced construction on Children's Health Specialty Center RedBird, converting a vacant Macy's anchor store in Southern Dallas into a 42,000-square-foot pediatric medical facility.

At 42,000 square feet, the footprint is substantial for a community-facing medical center, repurposing existing built space rather than adding new construction to the market.
