Soluna Holdings and Dory Creek, a subsidiary of Bitdeer Technologies Group, have amended their contract to increase operations at the Project Kati 1 data center in Willacy County, Texas.
The agreement adds 7 MW of Bitdeer Sealminer A2 Pro Air equipment to the site. This addition raises the facility's total capacity to 35 MW and an estimated 2.42 EH/s of hash rate.
The source identifies this as the first expansion under the partnership, with completion expected by November 2026. The move fills the K1BC phase of the site.
Under the co-mining deal, Soluna supplies the wind-powered location, electricity, and turnkey operations, while Bitdeer provides the hardware. Both parties will continue to divide mining proceeds equally.
