(NASDAQ: AQST) named Rich Daly to its Board of Directors, a move effective October 14, 2026. The appointment expands the board to eight members, seven of whom are independent under Nasdaq standards.
Daly joins with over three decades of biopharmaceutical leadership experience, primarily in commercial and operating roles.
He currently leads Global Rare Disease at Angelini Pharma S.p.A., having previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which Angelini acquired.
At Catalyst, Daly managed commercial activities, including the U.S. His earlier career includes senior positions at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited and AstraZeneca, where he directed the U.S.
