(NTNX) has formalized a transition arrangement with former President and Chief Commercial Officer Tarkan Maner, who will serve as a senior advisor for the next twelve months.
The company disclosed these developments in a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on October 7, 2026.
The advisory role follows Maner's earlier decision to step down from his executive position, a move the company first reported in a previous 8-K filing on September 24, 2026.
Under the new Transition Advisory Services Agreement, Maner will provide support for strategic business opportunities, manage the transition of customer and partner relationships, and assist with other strategic initiatives.
