Patrick Clancy has quietly built a new life in New York City since the January 2023 deaths of his three children in Duxbury, Massachusetts, public records show.
His ex-wife, Lindsay Clancy, 36, is now in the defense phase of her murder trial, facing three counts of first-degree murder in the stranglings of Cora, Dawson, and Callan, none older than six.
The prosecution rested Monday morning. Defense attorney Kevin Reddington has opened by arguing Lindsay Clancy was in the grip of postpartum psychosis at the time of the killings.
