Patel, its Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer, to the role of Principal Financial Officer.
Quantum stated that no disruption to current operations is expected as a result of the change and that it expects to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2026, on time.
Patel, 38, has served as Quantum’s Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer since September 1, 2026.
