Argent Trust Company, acting as trustee for the Sabine Royalty Trust (NYSE: SBR), declared a cash distribution of $0.355450 per unit for October 2026.
The payment is scheduled for October 29, 2026, for unit holders of record on October 15, 2026. The distribution primarily reflects oil production from July 2026 and natural gas production from June 2026.
Preliminary sales volumes for the current month total approximately 45,391 barrels of oil and 1,019,756 Mcf of gas. Average prices for these volumes are approximately $80.56 per barrel of oil and $2.34 per Mcf of gas.
This month’s distribution exceeds the previous month’s total due to an increase in oil production and higher pricing for both natural gas and oil. These gains were slightly offset by lower natural gas production volumes.
