Argent Trust Company, acting as trustee for the Sabine Royalty Trust (NYSE: SBR), declared a cash distribution of $0.355450 per unit for October 2026. The payment is scheduled for October 29, 2026, for unit holders of record on October 15, 2026.

The distribution primarily reflects oil production from July 2026 and natural gas production from June 2026. Preliminary sales volumes for the current month total approximately 45,391 barrels of oil and 1,019,756 Mcf of gas. Average prices for these volumes are approximately $80.56 per barrel of oil and $2.34 per Mcf of gas.

This month’s distribution exceeds the previous month’s total due to an increase in oil production and higher pricing for both natural gas and oil. These gains were slightly offset by lower natural gas production volumes. A comparison of the current and prior months shows oil volumes rising from 39,647 barrels to 45,391 barrels, while gas volumes decreased from 1,094,091 Mcf to 1,019,756 Mcf. Oil prices increased from $79.10 to $80.56 per barrel, and gas prices rose from $2.33 to $2.34 per Mcf.

The Trust notes that sales volumes are recorded in the month the Trust receives and identifies the related royalty income. Consequently, volumes and pricing may fluctuate based on the timing of cash receipts. Revenues are distributed only after they are received, verified, and posted. Most energy companies issue royalty payments around the 25th of each month, but mail delivery delays mean some royalties arrive after the revenue posting on the last business day of the month. Revenues received after that date are posted within 30 days of receipt.

Due to the timing of the end of September, approximately $436,000 in revenue received will be posted in October in addition to normal cash receipts for that month. Since the close of business in September and prior to this release, the Trust has received approximately $1,618,000 in revenue.
