Privacy Policy

We collect little and explain all of it. Here is exactly what MarketPR knows about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated June 2026

01

What we collect

We keep data collection narrow. When you visit MarketPR, our servers and content network log standard technical details — IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time you request them. If you subscribe to a briefing or newsletter, we store the email address you give us. If you contact the desk, we keep your message and whatever contact details you include.

We also use cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which stories are read and to keep the site working. We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive financial account details.

02

How we use it

Server logs help us run the site, diagnose faults and defend against abuse. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the briefings you asked for, and to confirm or update that subscription. Analytics tell us, in aggregate, what coverage lands — they are not used to build a profile of you as a named individual.

03

Third parties and our CDN

MarketPR is served through a content-delivery network and hosting providers that process technical request data on our behalf so pages load quickly and reliably. Our newsletter is sent through an email service provider that handles delivery. These providers act on our instructions under their own privacy and security commitments. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing.

04

Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use them to remember preferences and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the core reading experience will still work, though some conveniences may not.

05

Data retention

We keep technical logs only as long as we need them for security and operations, then discard or anonymise them. Newsletter details are kept while your subscription is active and removed after you unsubscribe, subject to any record we must keep by law. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

06

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. Every newsletter also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

07

Contact

For any privacy question or request, reach us through our contact page and mark your message for the privacy desk. We will respond within a reasonable time.
