Allegiant Travel Company (NASDAQ: ALGT) has drawn the full $177.5 million available under a credit facility secured by aircraft in its fleet. The company reported on October 13, 2026, that it borrowed these funds through a wholly owned subsidiary to support upcoming aircraft deliveries and for general corporate purposes.

The loans under this facility carry a fixed interest rate and require quarterly amortizing payments beginning in July 2027. The repayment term ranges from five to six years, depending on the specific grouping of the aircraft involved. This drawdown exhausts the available capacity of the previously reported credit line.

In a separate transaction prior to the end of the third quarter of 2026, Allegiant also borrowed $71.8 million under a different previously reported credit facility. This facility has a total capacity of $231.0 million. The proceeds from this specific drawdown were used to fund a portion of pre-delivery payments due to The Boeing Company for certain Boeing 737-MAX aircraft.

These Boeing-related loans are payable on or before the delivery of the associated aircraft, but no later than March 31, 2028. They bear floating interest rates based on SOFR plus a margin. Security for these loans is provided through a collateral assignment of the purchase contract relating to the specific aircraft being financed. Following this $71.8 million drawdown, $159.3 million of the $231.0 million facility remains undrawn.

Robert Neal, President and Chief Financial Officer of Allegiant Travel Company, signed the Form 8-K report on behalf of the registrant on October 19, 2026. The filing was made with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., disclosing the creation of direct financial obligations under Item 2.03.
