EquipmentShare.com Inc (Nasdaq: EQPT) raised its full-year 2026 financial guidance on October 19, 2026, citing strong customer demand and fleet utilization. The company increased its midpoint full-year rental segment revenue growth outlook to 43% from a prior expectation of 33%.

Jabbok Schlacks, founder and CEO of EquipmentShare, stated that the revised outlook reflects high utilization across the network and the maturation of rental locations. Schlacks noted that the company believes its current location footprint supports a long-term Core EBITDA annual run rate of approximately $4 billion.

The updated guidance for the year ending December 31, 2026, shows significant increases across key metrics compared to the prior guidance issued on July 9, 2026. Total revenue, rental segment revenue, adjusted Core EBITDA, and original equipment cost (OEC) all expanded in their respective low and high ranges. The company also expects full-service rental locations to number between 427 and 435 by the end of the year. EquipmentShare anticipates that the total number of mature rental site locations within its rental segment will reach 262 sites by the end of 2026, up from 186 for the year ended December 31, 2025. Gross rental capital expenditures remain unchanged in the updated guidance.

In its statement, the company highlighted that customers undertaking large and complex projects are increasingly choosing EquipmentShare for integrated technology and fleet solutions. The firm reported that this strength in customer relationships provides visibility through the remainder of 2026 and into 2027. The company also posted a Business and Governance Overview on its investor relations website detailing its operating model and location-level performance.
