LHV Group has acquired its own shares on the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange between 2 October and 8 October 2026. The transactions were executed on five specific trading days during that period.

The bank is conducting these buybacks under a resolution passed by its general meeting of shareholders on 26 March 2025, with specific conditions set by the Supervisory Board. AS LHV Pank serves as the authorized agent for these transactions. The company disclosed the summary data within its regulatory requirement to report acquisitions no later than the seventh trading day after the transaction.

LHV Group describes itself as the largest domestic financial group and capital provider in Estonia. Its main subsidiaries include LHV Pank, LHV Varahaldus, LHV Kindlustus, and LHV Bank Limited. The group employs nearly 1,200 people and reports that its banking services are used by more than 514,000 customers. Additionally, LHV-managed II pillar pension funds serve 105,000 active customers, while LHV Kindlustus provides insurance protection to 244,000 customers.
