PermRock Royalty Trust (NYSE: PRT) declared a monthly cash distribution of $197,140.34, or $0.016204 per Trust Unit, to record holders as of October 30, 2026. The payment is scheduled for November 16, 2026, and is based principally on production from the properties during August 2026.
The distribution reflects a decrease in oil sales volumes for the current period compared to the prior month. T2S Permian Acquisition II LLC (T2S), which operates the underlying properties, attributed the lower oil receipts primarily to this volume decline. For the current month, underlying oil sales volumes totaled 12,603 barrels, or 407 barrels per day, compared to 15,632 barrels, or 504 barrels per day, in the prior month. The average wellhead price for oil was $79.75 per barrel, slightly down from $79.81 per barrel in the previous period.
Natural gas cash receipts increased by approximately $0.02 million to $0.04 million for the current month. T2S noted that this increase was driven by higher natural gas sales prices, which partially offset a decrease in sales volumes. Underlying natural gas sales volumes were 18,137 Mcf, or 585 Mcf per day, down from 19,662 Mcf, or 634 Mcf per day, in the prior month. The average wellhead price for natural gas rose to $1.97 per Mcf from $1.16 per Mcf.
Total direct operating expenses for the current month were $0.46 million, representing a decrease of approximately $0.19 million from the prior month. T2S stated that this reduction was primarily due to lower workover expenses and lease operating expenses. Severance and ad valorem taxes included in the net profits calculation were $0.05 million, down by approximately $0.01 million from the prior period due to a decrease in severance taxes.
Capital expenditures for the month totaled $10,693, which T2S identified as intangible completion costs. The net profits calculation also included a $62,500 holdback for future ad valorem taxes, of which $50,000 is net to the Trust. The Trust clarified that a $62,500 release of previously reserved funds included in the prior month’s calculation was a gross amount, with $50,000 being net to the Trust.
PermRock Royalty Trust is a Delaware statutory trust that holds an 80% net profits interest in oil and natural gas production from properties located in the Permian Basin of West Texas and operated by T2S.
