Vaso Stock Jumps 149% Amid Healthcare Divestiture and Sales Growth
Vaso Corporation shares have climbed 149% over the past year, significantly outpacing the S&P 500's 17.2% gain and the industry's 8.9% increase. The Plainview, New York-based company attributes this performance to stronger results in its professional sales services and proprietary medical products segments, alongside the completion of its exit from network and IT services.
In the second quarter of 2026, Vaso reported higher revenues and improved profitability driven by increased business activity across its healthcare operations. Management noted that operating efficiency improved following the divestiture of its healthcare IT business. The company completed the sale of NetWolves Network Services LLC to COEO Solutions, LLC in August, finalizing its strategic shift away from non-core operations.
VasoHealthcare, the subsidiary responsible for representing GE HealthCare Technologies Inc. diagnostic imaging and ultrasound equipment, saw commission revenue growth in the first half of 2026. This increase was supported by higher diagnostic imaging equipment deliveries, which partially offset weaker ultrasound shipments. An exclusive sales representation agreement extended through December 2030 secures this relationship, providing a stable foundation for future revenue recognition as equipment deliveries are completed.
Meanwhile, VasoMedical is seeing revenue growth from stronger equipment deliveries in China. The unit offers a range of products, including cardiovascular monitoring hardware, patient monitoring systems, and cloud-based software solutions. Despite these gains, VasoMedical faced widening operating losses in the first half of 2026 due to higher administrative and research expenses, as well as weaker margins in its cloud-based software offerings.
The company's financial position has strengthened with positive operating cash flow in the first half of 2026. Cash reserves increased further after the NetWolves transaction closed, reducing reliance on external financing. Vaso's trailing 12-month price-to-sales ratio stands at 0.6X, well below the industry average of 4.9X, though it is higher than its two-year median of 0.3X. Peers DexCom Inc. and Aspira Women's Health Inc. trade at 6.9X and 1.2X, respectively.
Investors remain focused on Vaso's heavy dependence on GE HealthCare for equipment deliveries and product availability. Any disruption to this partnership could materially affect revenues. Additionally, competitive and regulatory pressures across medical-device markets present ongoing challenges that may constrain future growth despite the current momentum.
