Schumer previously disclosed a diagnosis of Cushing syndrome, which she identified as a major factor in her physical transformation. She also acknowledged using Mounjaro, a medication she praised in a March 2025 video after struggling with nausea from Wegovy. Schumer has emphasized that improving her health is her priority over meeting outside expectations.
