Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ) reported preliminary assets under management of $2,537.8 billion as of September 30, 2026, marking a 0.9% decrease from the previous month-end figure. The firm disclosed these figures in a press release dated October 9, 2026, noting that all September numbers remain preliminary and subject to adjustment.

The decline in total AUM was driven by a combination of net outflows and market movements. Invesco experienced net long-term outflows of $1.1 billion for the month, while money market funds saw net outflows of $5.7 billion. Unfavorable market returns reduced AUM by $16 billion, and foreign exchange movements further decreased assets by $2.7 billion. These losses were partially offset by reinvested distributions totaling $0.9 billion.

Preliminary average total AUM for the quarter through September 30 stood at $2,510.2 billion. During the same period, preliminary average active AUM was recorded at $1,246.0 billion.

Invesco serves clients in more than 120 countries and manages assets across public, private, active, and passive investment capabilities. The firm previously reported US$2.5 trillion in assets under management as of June 30, 2026.
