(NYSE: SRI) filed an 8-K to announce the entry into a material definitive agreement appointing Vivek Anand as Vice President, Commercial Strategy & Global Sales, effective November 2, 2026. Stoneridge, Inc. (NYSE: SRI) filed an 8-K to announce the entry into a material definitive agreement appointing Vivek Anand as Vice President, Commercial Strategy & Global Sales, effective November 2, 2026. The Novi, Michigan-based company stated that Anand will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Natalia Noblet and join the company's Executive Team. In this capacity, Anand will lead Stoneridge's global commercial organization, overseeing sales, product marketing, customer communications, market analytics, and sales and marketing strategy.

Natalia Noblet described Anand as an internationally experienced executive with a deep understanding of the commercial vehicle and off-highway equipment industries. She noted that Anand has built long-standing relationships with global OEMs and demonstrated an ability to position complex technologies to meet evolving customer needs across regions. Noblet stated that Anand's leadership will support the company's efforts to strengthen the connection between its customers, innovation roadmap, and commercial strategy.

Anand brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience across the commercial vehicle and automotive industries. His expertise spans commercial strategy, general management, operations, product management, and customer engagement. Most recently, he served as Managing Director for the Nordics region and Global Vice President for Strategic Accounts at ZF. In that role, he led a multi-divisional industrial business and managed strategic relationships with leading global OEMs.

Prior to his tenure at ZF, Anand served as Business Unit Leader and Global Business Head for Driveline Systems. He managed a global business valued at €500 million, overseeing its manufacturing, engineering, and commercial operations. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions in global project management and purchasing at WABCO and led Asia Pacific sourcing at Aptiv.

Anand expressed excitement about joining Stoneridge during a pivotal time in its growth. He highlighted the company's reputation for innovation and customer partnership, stating his intention to work with the global team to strengthen commercial strategy and deepen customer relationships. He emphasized the goal of bringing the right products and services to market with speed.

Anand holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing. He completed the Leadership Development Program at Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. Stoneridge is headquartered in Novi, Michigan, and supplies electronic systems and technologies for on- and off-highway transportation sectors.
